This one in particular is a transparent A5-size model from the Japanese brand Hobonichi. It came for free with the HON books (a variation of the brand’s popular yearly journals), one of which I had ordered for 2025.
It also has a pen loop that works as a bookmark too. I’m not a big fan, as it adds volume.
